Document Controller – Data centres – Remote Our client is a dynamic, fast growing data centre developer. They have grown rapidly, mainly through acquisitions, over the last few years and now operate 60 different sites across Europe. The organisation is still heavily in acquisition mode and are about to add a further 10-sites to their portfolio with advanced talks for others that may come to fruition over the next 12-18 months Our client is about to embark on a series of upgrades, improvements, refurbishment and extensions to their existing sites, and they are now seeking a Document Controller to join the team. Responsibilities Document Management via ACC: Requirements Must have 1+ years’ experience in a Document Controller role using ACC on large scale construction projects Benefits Circa £60,000 + Benefits
Maintain and manage all project documentation through Autodesk Construction Cloud, ensuring version control, naming conventions, and metadata standards are upheld across all documents and drawings.
Project Team Support:
Provide document control support to design, construction, and project management teams by coordinating uploads, approvals, and the distribution of technical documents, drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Ensure documentation complies with project protocols, ISO standards, and client requirements, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions when needed.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams across multiple projects (UK and France) to ensure timely delivery and review of documentation, maintaining clear communication across platforms.
Training & Best Practice Implementation:
Act as an ACC/BIM 360 subject matter expert, offering guidance and training to project teams on system use, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
Data Centre experience is preferred
